Cancellation & Withdrawal

You can cancel a monthly membership at any time from Settings in your account. No notice period and no cancellation fee applies.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the AI Energy included in that period remains available until then.

Unused AI Energy does not carry over to a new period and is not refundable on its own.

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase.

AIBets sells digital content that is delivered immediately. When you start a membership or buy a Top Up or a single analysis, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has begun, in line with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

If you have not used any part of the purchase — no analysis generated and no AI Energy consumed — you can still request withdrawal within 14 days and we will refund in full.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, normally within 5–10 banking days.

We also refund double charges, failed deliveries and technical errors on our side, whether or not the 14 days have passed.

Single analyses that were generated and delivered are non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

Email support@aibets.one from the address linked to your account and include the purchase date and what you would like cancelled or refunded. We reply within a few business days.

You may also use the standard EU withdrawal form, but a plain email is enough.
