Privacy Policy

Account data: email address, password hash (handled by our authentication provider), display name, username, avatar, language, region, currency, age confirmation and terms acceptance.

Product data: favourite sports, leagues and teams, saved matches, bet history you enter yourself, community posts and comments, notification preferences.

AI Coach data: your questions and the answers generated, stored so your conversation history is available to you and so we can audit answer quality.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and error logs — required to operate and secure the service.

To provide the service you asked for (contract): accounts, AI Coach, live data, community features, payments.

To keep the service safe and correct (legitimate interest): abuse prevention, moderation, quality audits, security logging.

With your consent: optional analytics and marketing cookies, and optional AI personalisation.

To meet legal obligations: accounting records for purchases, and 18+ compliance.

Infrastructure and database hosting, our authentication provider, our payment provider, sports data providers, and the AI providers that generate analysis text. Providers act on our instructions and only receive what they need.

We never sell your personal data.

Account data: while your account exists, then deleted or anonymised within 90 days of deletion.

AI conversations: until you clear them from Settings, or with your account.

Purchase records: as long as accounting law requires.

Security and error logs: normally up to 12 months.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Export and account deletion are available directly in Settings.

You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Sweden this is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by row-level database policies so users can only read their own private records, and administrative access is limited and logged.

AIBets is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly process data about minors and will delete such data if discovered.
