Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to access sports betting information in your jurisdiction. If local law restricts or prohibits such content, you must not use AIBets.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

AIBets provides data-driven sports information: live scores, fixtures, market-implied probabilities, AI-generated context and community discussion.

AI Coach explains and structures information. It never instructs you to place a bet, never guarantees an outcome and never promises profit. All decisions are yours alone.

Data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness or availability.

Do not scrape, resell or redistribute AIBets data, reverse engineer the service, attempt to bypass access limits, or use the service to break the law.

In community areas (GameTalk) you must not post illegal content, harassment, hate speech, spam, tipping services, affiliate spam, or anyone else's personal data. We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of what you post but grant AIBets a licence to display it inside the service.

Free features are provided as-is. Paid plans and one-off analyses are billed through our payment provider. Prices and inclusions are shown before purchase.

Digital analyses are delivered immediately and are therefore non-refundable once generated, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

AIBets is provided for informational purposes only. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any betting losses, financial losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the service or from reliance on data or AI output.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or create legal risk. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
